Testing has<br \/>\ndemonstrated that highway traffic can<br \/>\nbe resumed in 30 minutes after coaxial<br \/>\ncable is encapsulated in a (three-inch-wide<br \/>\nby six inches deep) trench sawed<br \/>\ninto the pavement.
